As a 15 year real estate investor I can say that Mike is the best agent I have worked with. He has gone above and beyond what I consider an agents job description. For example. I currently live in NY. I recently purchased a property in Cape Coral through Mike that needed renovation. Being NY resident I did not know any contractors in the Cape Coral area. Mike connected me with a great contractor for the construction as well as a pool resurfacing contractor, roofer and cage repair contractor. He is basically managing the project for me making frequent visits to the property to make sure all the work is being done. None of this was required on his part. He did it voluntarily at no charge. Mike knows the Cape Coral, Fort Meyers and Naples markets very well and probably more that I don't know of. He is a great real estate agent and has also become a friend. We appreciate all the great work he has done for us!!!
