1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
1st step, get pre approved, if you don't have a lender contact me for some referrals. While you are looking to purchase a property or under contract, DO Not purchase anything on credit, Do Not Co sign for anybody doing so may jeopardize your ability to qualify as it will affect your debt to income ration and it can take you from being able to qualify to not being able to qualify for your future home. Make sure you have good competent real estate to represent you and make sure you don't preview without your agent or at least your agent's knowledge, for example going to an open house and speaking to the onsite agent could affect you negatively as the agent at the open house represents the seller and has the seller's best interest in mind NOT YOURS, that's why it's best to go with your agent and if you have questions, please ask your agent directly he/she should be able to get the right answer and or offer suggestions or options.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Homes sell best and fastest while vacant. If the property is in good condition you can expect to get top dollar based on the market, properties in poor conditions usually sell at the lower end of the market. Ideally you want to remove all personal items that you don't intend to include in the sale. You can sell a property

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
The property on 84 W Calle Patio Lindo is under contract the last comparable home sold for $195k I was able to list and getting ready to close this home at $243k, that is almost $50k more than the last identical home that sold in the subdivision. Seller is super excited! Not to mention 2 years ago he sold his previous property and also sold for top dollar setting new record sales for that subdivision. Both properties sold within the first week on the market, the first one sold after 2 or 3 days on the market and the one under contract sold after 1 day on the market.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My father in law and after owning my own rental properties, I became more interested after realizing that I was really good at negotiating, keeping my rentals full and for top dollar and keeping my tenants happy!
