When I gave him the specifics of what I wanted (price range, a front porch, hardwood floors, central heat and air... etc.) he only suggested houses within those specifics, and more often than not, they were something of interest. He helped IMMENSLY by answering ALL of my questions all the way up to closing and even recommended some people to work with that were honest and fair. No matter what, he always answered my phone call or text, and... that takes a lot of patience ;) If/when I move in the future, Michael will be the one I call to help me out again!!
