I live in New York so the logistics of dealing with everything for me and my mom were a bit challenging. Phyllis took care of all of that and went above and beyond from the time she took the listing to the time the house closed and thereafter. (Phyllis went to see my mother, on more than one occasion, and even went out of her way to pick up documentation requested by the HOA at the eleventh hour. She made herself available as the closing date approached, while on vacation, to make sure everything was in place.
