This was the second time we worked with Michael, the first when he helped us buy our first home 11 years ago, and now when he helped us sell that home and buy a new one. I cant say enough good things about him. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and SO EFFECTIVE in helping us land the house we wanted and also get the most for the sale of our house. On both the buying and selling side, Michael is a rockstar. He had so much knowledge and real estate savvy, and so many specific strategies to help put our offer above the rest, as well as to help the house we were selling to stand out (we had 54 showings in 1.5 days, and 19 offers to choose from!). He is efficient and direct in his communication, guided us really smoothly through each process, without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He was really communicative and responsive to our questions as well. Highly, highly recommend hiring him for either the buyer or the seller side of things. I have no doubt he is the reason we were able to get the house we really wanted, and to get such wonderful offers for the house we sold.
