Michael Griswold

My name is Michael Griswold, or, as my friends know me, "Grizzy"! I have been in real estate sales and development since 1996. I am a little older than your typical sales broker and I bring all my life experiences to the table to help my customers achieve their goals. I am friendly, upbeat and easy to get along with. I always have a smile on my face and truly appreciate the many gifts I have been blessed with. "I work with a smaller number of clients at any one time so that I can devote my time and energy to those few customers." My 1st career was as a police office in Raleigh, NC where I learned to become an effective negotiator and developed a sense of observation and detail. I spent several more years in sales and consulting for small businesses before starting with Bellsouth Yellow Pages. In all, I have over 43 years working with and consulting, growing and expanding small businesses in order to make their owners as successful as possible. I bring all this experience with me now to help sellers and buyers be as successful in their endeavors as possible. I grew up and lived in Wake County spending many years coming to Topsail Island. I have watched the area grow and know it quite well. I have been living in Loggerhead Bay at Topsail Bluff in the Holly Ridge area for the past 3 1/2 years where I have built two homes and helped many families buy land in order to build their dream homes. Since moving to and building in this area, I have gotten to know a number of contractors, subcontractors, vendors, service companies, lawyers, lenders and consultants. I bring this wealth of knowledge to my clients to assist in accomplishing their goals.
