I wish I could give Amber more stars. As a first time home buyer, this entire process was overwhelming, but once I matched up with Amber, all of the worry and stress went away. She listened attentively to what I was looking for and helped me understand all of the numbers and the process. Once we were ready to put in an offer, she crafted a great offer that was accepted really quick. We were 1-for-1 in offers, which is really great. She was always in constant communication with me and letting me know what she was doing. I never had to think about what Amber was up to, she was very proactive in reaching out to me and letting me know what action items I had, if any. Sometimes, she would just check in to see how everything was! During the negotiation, she fought hard for me to make sure that we had a good agreed upon price that was fair and reasonable. She has a great rapport with listing agents in the area so she was able to help get everyone in my corner. I dont think I would have wanted to work with anyone other than Amber. She gets me and was incredible. I feel indebted to her and all of the hard work. I would definitely recommend her for others, especially for people looking to buy a first home or members of the military. I almost wish the process took longer so i could work with her more!If you read this review, just take away this, Amber is the right person for you. Full stop. She will find you what you are looking for and will walk with you through everything.
