REDEFINING SERVICE IN REAL ESTATE The sale or purchase of real property is the biggest and most important transaction in the lives of most people today. With so much on the line, isn't it an absolute necessity to work with someone you trust and confide in? Prior to real estate, I was the owner of Sunscapes Lawn Care, a full service lawn care and landscaping company. This was an eye opening experience, and it led to some of the best experiences of my life. It brought forward my passion for the community; taking pride in each and every property as if it were my own. It was my goal then, as it is now, to provide my clients with the highest levels of satisfaction and always strive to exceed their expectations. Now, as a real estate agent, I pride myself in the same passion, drive, and diligence for my clients. In what can be a very complex and stressful process, I work together with my clients to make it as pleasurable and stress-free as possible. My knowledge of market trends and local factors allow me to guide my clients through the process meticulously, thus to eliminate the many potential hassles throughout the transaction. Each of my clients gets 100% of my skills and abilities to close each deal, as quickly and efficiently as possible. In my experience, the more support clients receive, the more comfortable they become and the more pleasurable business can be. Michael was the buyers' agent on a condo I am trying to sell. He was stunningly unresponsive and unprofessional. Though we had a contract, he and his buyers strung us along and he never responded to time-sensitive queries from our agent in a timely manner.
