Mike guided me through the sale of my home. He promptly met with me and furnished a comparative market analysis. In less than an hour, I knew what to ask for the property and knew what to take as a minimum price. Kris, his wife and co-broker, guided me on staging the house to maximize its features. Their attention to detail was impressive and efficient from listing to closing. I closed for a price which was more than I thought I could get before I met Mike. Mike and Kris know the market.
