ZillowVERIFIEDWe moved to Sanford, NC as a relocation for the military. We didn't know anyone or anything in Sanford and got lucky when we chose Michael Davis as our realtor. Not only were we moving to an unknown town but we were buying our first home. As stressful as this situation could have been Michael eased our worries. From the start he was readily available at almost all hours, extremely knowledgeable of both realty and the town, and fun to work with. He has a great personality and a way of making you realize everything will work out. He guided us through negotiations, gave great recommendations, and kept our closing date in mind at all times. When we didn't make our down payment on time (found out on our drive to the house - in the moving truck!), due to bank restrictions and our own forgetfulness, Michael discussed our situation with the seller and made it so we could still get into our house the night we were driving up. He is truly the reason everything went as smoothly as it did and stayed on track. He is supportive, friendly, diligent, and brilliant. We have every intention of using him when it comes time to sell.
