My experience in the industry in both mortgage and real estate, and my in depth knowledge of the area allows me to serve your needs and interests in a comprehensive manor. I moved down to Florida in 2005, first to the Gulf Coast and now here in Palm Beach County since 2010. I quickly started growing roots in the community by volunteering. My part-time volunteer job is by serving as the president of the 500+ member West Palm Beach Downtown Neighborhood Association. Not only has this allowed me to develop relationships throughout the city, but also has allowed me to take a greater role in helping make the downtown the best it can be. Making our downtown cleaner, safer, and more pedestrian friendly not only improves our quality of life, but also helps increase values throughout the city. I regularly attend city commission meetings pertaining to new development, rezoning, or anything that can affect livability in our downtown. By doing so I feel that I am better able to serve my clients to make smarter real estate investments. Since 2017 I served on the Downtown Action Committee, a planning and zoning with oversees downtown development in our Downtown Master Plan. Our committee has judicial review for any project over 50,000 sq/ft, or is seeking a variance within the DMP. I also work to help alleviate our homeless problem in the downtown by working with groups like The Lord's Place, and The Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County. For those less fortunate finding a roof over their head is the first step to making their way back to becoming a productive member of society.
