They sold my house quickly for my asking price.After a difficult experience with an agent from one of the big national chains which failed to find a buyer for my house in Lynn, I decided to try a local agent.So, that's when I met Mike Connor.And when I met him, I liked him so we listed the house with Connor Real Estate. It was a very different experience than we had with the national chain. No rushing. No pressure. He calmly told me he would find a buyer and sell my house. And that's exactly what he did.After a couple of weeks we had an offer and Mike did his due diligence and checked out the buyer first, then we accepted their offer. From there, everything went smoothly. And the reason it went smoothly was because Mike took care of everything. He had the snow removed at the property. He got a couple of broken window panes replaced. He was proactive in overcoming the little things that come up.He kept me informed of everything. He has the attitude that any problems can be solved. ZillowVERIFIEDLet me start off by saying if I could post more then 5 stars I would, Mike and Beth were both so helpful and wouldn't settle for anything other then what was best for me. Mike helped me sell my house and kept trying to find the best family/offer possible until he finally did. Beth looked high and low to help me find the a new place I could move into and she was able to help me find a apartment to live in where I'm happy and comfortable, they check in, are always promptly on time(if not a little early). They care so much and have truly helped me out and I cannot thankA them enough, these two are definitely the realtors you want in your corner.
