He was so prepared and so diligent, and his expertise helped answer my millions of questions. Being a first-time homebuyer can be intimidating, but Michael held our hands and walked us through the process like a true professional. Fast forward to five years later, and it was time for us (now a family) to move to the suburbs. Our condo (and what turned out to be a great investment) in Brookline served us well, and Michael was the only choice for us when we decided it was time to sell. He came over, reviewed all the improvements we had made over time (renovated bathroom, all new appliances, etc), and showed me some comparable recent sales in the area. Michael had some suggestions as to how to rearrange some items, and he returned to take very professional photos that made our condo really stand out! Michael had a great pricing strategy and we were fortunate enough to sell the condo immediately after the open house, at a price above asking, after several offers and subsequent increases to those offers! Even the paperwork was simple, as Michael would send us links to pages we could sign online, without having to print, sign, scan, e-mail/fax/mail etc. Michael had answers for every part of the process, and if a stressful moment (for us) did arise, he was always cool, calm, and collected in his response and solution. I don't think this man gets stressed! Michael is a genuine, responsive, courteous, experienced professional, and I wish him much success.
