I recently sold my house with the Citron Group and the team did a phenomenal job getting me well above my asking price!!! From the word go Michael Citron was professional and helped us get the house ready for market and for the open house. His virtual drone work was spectacular and made our house stand out amongst others that were on the market. His photographer Eitan did amazing work making our house look nothing less than stunning. We had a crazy amount of traffic during open house and created a feeding frenzy among buyers which allowed us to get 8 full price and above offers. Once we were under contract Rebecca Kennedy was there every step of the way with the home inspection, close date adjustments as needed as well as the finishing closing process. I couldn't be happier for the way she helped us tie things up nice and neat. If you are looking to get top dollar for you house and looking for a team to handle every aspect of the sales process than look no further than the Parkland Parrot and the terrific team there!!!

After interviewing several realtors we decided to hire Michael Citron to represent us in the sale of our home. His approach to marketing the property was impressive and in fact we received four offers after the first day the property went on the market. Even more impressive was that he felt we should list the property for $30,000 more than either of the other realtors we interviewed suggested. He helped us evaluate all of the offers and not only did we get a contract immediately but it exceeded asking price. He handled the walk through and closing for us and the entire transaction from start to finish was seamless because of his expertise. Definitely without a doubt recommend Stephanie if youre purchasing or selling a home. Shes very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and always had our backs throughout the entire process of both purchasing and selling our home.
