Whatever it takes to help make your home the best it can be. Everything we do is included in our commission and we never take a dime unless the home sells. Our listing fee is always 5% with 2.5% going to the buyer's agent. The 2.5% we make includes everything in our full concierge listing package with no hidden fees. If you don't sell there is no charge. Services include: Free customized step-by-step guide for home prep and staging including expert guidance when picking paint colors, flooring, light fixtures, or any other item. Complimentary staging furniture, accessories, linens, etc... We will personally stage and unstage the home. 2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Volume of listings doesn't make a Realtor good at selling homes for top dollar. It just means they are good at selling themselves. Their attention to detail,expertise and attentiveness to your deal is what matters most. Choose your agent based on how hard they will work for you.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with sellers mostly as I have an amazing team from a full time stager with a warehouse worth of staging items all owned by MBC, an amazing media marketing expert with the best equipment for high end photography, videography and drone footage and myself and my 19 years in real estate and a superior knowledge of the areas I work.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had an older client who had tried to sell for sale by owner to save commissions. She had accepted an offer from a Realtor represented buyer of $363,000 but the deal fell through due to a bad appraisal. She was referred to me by my preferred attorney and allowed me to guide her through the steps and stage her home. I was able to sell the home for $410,000 in 2 days and the appraisal came in right at full value. Trusting me made her an extra $37,000 after she paid me. It was perfect proof of how successful my strategy is.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a union painter after college specializing in new construction and learned everything about homes. I decided to take all that knowledge and focus a career on selling them instead of just painting them.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
As a secondary source of revenue I will rehab 1 or 2 homes a year myself. I have learned more and more about what pitfalls homeowners need to watch out for and can recognize issues before they become costly for my clients.
