From an initial staging checklist and a breakdown of every important detail, our team doesn't leave anything to chance! Ella and I will even move furniture ? and stage with items from our collection. Whatever it takes to help make your home the best it can be. Everything we do is included in our commission and we never take a dime unless the home sells. Our listing fee is always 5% with 2.5% going to the buyer's agent. The 2.5% we make includes everything in our full concierge listing package with no hidden fees. If you don't sell there is no charge. Services include: Free customized step-by-step guide for home prep and staging including expert guidance when picking paint colors, flooring, light fixtures, or any other item. Complimentary staging furniture, accessories, linens, etc... We will personally stage and unstage the home. High end photos and video by top-of-the-line marketing firm Hands on guidance throughout Much, much, more...

Mike?s knowledge of the local area along with his assistant Sarah is worth your call if you are even thinking about listing your home. Mike helped my husband and I find our dream house.He was incredibly responsive to our questions and able to get out to look at homes with us quickly, during the holiday season.
