This review is LONG overdue. Mike helped me and my fiance sell our condo in South Tampa. There were three other condos on sale at the same time as ours in our complex, and we had the best closing of the three. Mike is extraordinarily attentive to detail and did an awesome job helping us set up for the showing. His photographer is excellent as well and did a fantastic job showcasing our condo. Mike is one of the most professional realtors I have ever worked with. He worked with me for over a year. I wanted gulf and or Tampa Bay views which is an obvious challenge because any waterfront property in Florida is outrageous.
