Listed my home, has made my life a nightmare. Everything you ask of him he does the complete opposite. Does not represent the buyer, willingly discloses confidential information to the buyer without consent. Never showed up to any showings, allowed people in my home unmonitored during COVID. While having high risk individuals living in the home on multiple occasions. after the inspection report I advised him that I was not going to fix anything everything was "as is" he proceeded to push me and tell me that he would pay for the minor items to be fixed and that he would send someone out and he would credit me at closing. After being forced into this he never paid the fee during closing even when I took care of everything upfront even after telling him I was not in agreement. He did not screen buyers during these scary times, I had to ask him more than once did you do you due diligence and screen these buyers after scheduling showings. He made this the most horrible real estate experience of a lifetime and highly recommend if you want someone on your side and to represent you as a seller MICHEAL is not the one. He never communicated the closing times even knowing I had a another closing the day after out of state and was traveling with a special needs child. He never showed up to closing and never told us they buyers would not be present I had to wait half of a day to get my proceeds because he does not know how to communicate. This was a nightmare steer clear from this Realtor if you want a smooth transaction.
