To anyone looking for a reliable and smart Realtor,I found Mike through a review here on Zillow. I was looking for a buyers agent to sell my elderly parents house in Vero Beach. They had never sold a house before and were understandably nervous and confused as to what to do or what to expect. Also, there was a strong possibility that they would not be present in Vero Beach during the process.Mike came through for my parents like a superhero. His decades worth of experience and knowledge along with his contacts were more than enough, but he went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. He was able to explain to them the process and take care of things in a way that I could not from a thousand miles away. He helped them with clearing out their belongings and watched their backs when offers were presented. He is smart, forthright and always kind. We were so lucky to find Mike. We are new to the Vero Beach area, and it was by sheer luck we met Mike. By the time we were finished with our transaction, we truly felt we had made a friend. Mike is very knowledgeable about Vero Beach area. He showed us several condos/townhouses and was able to supply a great deal of information on all. At no time did we feel any pressure. We were back in Illinois by the time our property closed, and Mike handled everything for us. He also lined up electricians and plumbers for us to meet with when we return in April for improvements on the property. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone!
