He was well prepared for our first meeting and advised me of the full process. He is a great negotiator and made good recommendations. He has a great sense of humor and enjoyable to work with. I felt he was always working in my best interest. My buyer's requests stretched beyond fairness, Mike took the initiative to research options, then worked behind the scenes to try to help resolve the matter. Mike's hopeful attitude outlasted my own optimism. When I was ready to discuss plan B, Mike was determined to stay on course. Within 19 hours of settlement, the deal took an unexpected downward turn. Mike represented my position with respectful and powerful responses. During our governors strict COVID-19 restrictions, many realtors were not present for settlements. Mike was determined to attend my settlement to help represent and support this difficult transaction. He's very devoted to his family and it spoke volumes that he would put himself and his family at risk when he could have understandably no attended. I was very lucky and grateful to have had Mike handle the sale of my home. Mike is honest and a true professional.
