ZillowVERIFIEDI would describe Michael as a real estate professional; not a real estate agent. There is a major difference. I have been in the NYC commercial real estate industry for 26 years and the difference is that "agents" come a dime a dozen. 98% of the residential and commercial real estate "agents" do not understand or respect the concept of fiduciary responsibility. They don't care about your best interests, whether representing the buyer or seller. These "agents" only care about collecting their fees on closing $$$$! That is the dirty little secret of the real estate industry, specifically in NY. Michael understands the concept of being a fiduciary and will negotiate accordingly. Michael recently closed on the sale of my home during a virus induced trying time. His advice was invaluable and thanks to Michael my wife and I experienced a smooth closing. As a commercial real estate professional I can be very critical. I would not take the time to write an undeserving review. Whether you are experienced in real estate or a neophyte, you can count on Michael to protect your interests. Thank you again Michael.
