During our experience with Mr. Beaudoin we found out that if the home you are purchasing is for under 100k your service from him is from little to none. Calls were never returned and when multiple calls made to his office were also not returned by the manager we decided to get another realtor and contact Coldwell bankers directly (no response from them either). People we sent to inspect the home were also treated poorly and hurried along as well because of his time schedule. In the end calls were not getting replied to by our new realtor and someone else won the house for 5k over our bid which makes us believe he informed them as to our bid so he could get the full commission and not have to split it.
