Michael and his father were so helpful in every part of the process, from financing, to touring homes, to the final walk through, handling builder questions, the constant communication was outstanding. We were unable to attend our final walk through and Michael came out to the house with one of our friends in the area and did an amazing job. Our friend was so sad he hadn't found Michael for his own home purchase with just the short interaction they had. We had a 20 day close and it was a whirlwind, but John made sure we knew what was going on the whole time. Very flexible schedule for viewing homes and also some last second scheduling!
