I cannot say enough about these two guys! Michael and Fred as a team from Allot Realty really go all out for their clients! I decided to sell my home is Westlake Village during the Covid pandemic (which was not an easy thing to do), but Fred made it so easy and smooth. I met with him and explained my needs and goals, and he captured the idea immediately. He made a GORGEOUS high-quality video of my house, and a detailed presentation board for prospective buyers to see. When he brought in people to see the house, it was always following all the pandemic regulations (he offered hand sanitizers, gloves, and shoe slips) to ease the comfort for everyone involved. Fred sold my house in less than 1 week for the BEST sq ft. Pricing in the area! What a fantastic job he did! Now, he is helping me find a beautiful new home in Westlake Village. Not only was our home listed at the highest priced to date, it was SOLD for $14,000 over asking after being on the market for only 3 days. Michael & Fred with Allot Realty are more than just real estate agents; they are both true real estate advisors and marketing experts with an outstanding record. During our initial interview with them, they walked us through several options to consider selling our home. They provided valuable competitive data that encompassed a one mile radius and the zip code surrounding our home. The data also included significant current and past market details with photo comparisons we were not aware of. During our second meeting, they had an extremely detailed marketing plan assembled that included selling our house for Top Dollar. This included staging our house with their professional in house crew to create a super attractive home buyers environment.In addition, they provided and paid for a state licensed home inspection and termite inspection to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted selling & buying experience for all. Afterwards, they provided a licensed handyman for a full day at our house to fix and repair most of the issues that was indicated by their home inspector. Not only did Michael and Fred offer these services, they personally helped get things done throughout our house to get it ready for sale! Finally, they provided the most amazing marketing materials with thick color brochures and used massive life size color easels outlining property comps, local amenities, and schools during showings to prospective buyers.
