Cindee helped us sell our condo in Orange this year, and did a great job marketing the home and got us into escrow within 2-3 weeks. Her knowledge of the end-to-end process, and her connections to lenders and title are a great asset, and helped our transaction move ahead quickly. Unfortunately, my wife and I are very detail oriented people and like a lot of communication with our transactions, and on this count Cindee didn't always deliver. As an example I asked her several times to provide daily updates on the number of showings we were doing and any offers we got. I never received a single report or text fulfilling this request. Subsequent requests were acknowledged, but the reports never materialized. I'm happy with the outcome (she sold our condo!) but would have liked for her to be much more engaged in the areas of daily and weekly communication. All-up, Cindee is a confident seller with a plethora of resources at her disposal. She WILL get your house sold.
