While he is informed on the local area he isn't much for being buyer agent and getting the best deal. He employs tactics to get you to buy like- oh this one just received an offer we need to move quick- on only the homes I liked and within only 10-30 min after a showing. Or he tries to persuade incessantly saying I really like this house, don't you? He isn't buying and living in the home or paying the mortgage. Who cares if he likes it? Or not willing to put in lower offers when I know price per square foot and amenities doesn't add up to asking price. I get this is your livelihood and you need to eat but work for the buyer and not try to use tactics to get a quick sale

Micah went above and beyond the requirements of a real estate agent. He knew exactly what we were looking for and kept in touch only with relevant listings. When we did find our house, he helped navigate the negotiation process. Because he knows absolutely everyone in the area, we could trust his advice.
