We are extremely happy we chose to use Micah and Ariel instead. We interviewed multiple agents initially, but Micah and Ariel came prepared to discuss our home. They had already completed their preliminary market research and had a presentation prepared for us. We were immediately impressed, Micah spent more time listening than trying to sell himself. After we agreed to work with them, a professional stager they partner with visited our home and provided numerous valuable pointers. Additionally, a professional photographer took the pictures and video walk through which were stunning! We had an open house, which brought several offers, and our home was sold in just a couple of days for 7.5% above asking price. However, where Micah truly shined, was in helping us navigate a tricky situation when the house keeper we hired did not work out. He was incredibly responsive and pivoted to help us find solutions to several new problems as we had already moved across the country and wanted to meet our closing date. Micah and Ariel displayed utmost professionalism in every way and my only regret is not using the their house cleaning service initially.

ZillowVERIFIEDI got with Micah about July of 2021 and started looking at homes. Micah was great to work with at first. Granted the location I need to be in there was very limited houses to chose from. It took about six months before a house in my budget came up. Apparently, micah had brought a few people to the house before and had a repor with the owners of the house. I felt very uncomfortable looking at the house with the owners there. I felt that was very unprofessional. I didn't get a good look and felt pressure from the owner who apparently already knew of my situation. Doing a walk through there was crap in the yard that as a single parent with limited funds I would not be able to take care of. I asked for the owner to take care of this along with a few things and they refused. By recommendation of Micah he said that it would be easy to take care of. At this point Micah was dealing with personal stuff and he had pushed me on the back burner. With recommendation from Micah I had put in my rental termination because he was positive everything was going to be taken care of before the end of the month. The sellers refused to move costing me hundreds in pods and moving cost and almost getting kicked out of my rental because they already had it rented out. Micah never stood up to the sellers and nothing I wanted to happen happened. When I sell this home and go to buy another house I will do it on my own. I was not satisfied at the end and even friends and family told me I was used to just dump this house on someone.
