1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Love the home your purchasing, never settle for less. Have the home inspected. Cosmetics could hide serious problems. Make sure your agent is working for you and NOT a commission check

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Clean it up!!! Make sure your honest with your intended buyers.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I found a new construction home outside of any HOA'S. It was a wonderful buy for my buyers and the seller was just as pleased

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

In 1994 I started as a processor for a mortgage company. Quickly learned and became a loan offer. In 2005 I decided I really wanted to be a Realtor. I love helping people, especially new home buyers. I truly dislike it when they take advantage of their inexperience
