I would classify Mia Austin as a successful agent. The first thing I noticed about her was that she had passion for what she does. She pays a lot of attention to detail and has a commitment to great customer service.I admire how she returns calls and emails at lightning speed. Once she made contact she followed up. She answered any questions I had and was happy to stay on the phone, especially when she noticed I was nervous. Even when it was late at night and it would be the time she spent with her children, she dropped everything to take my call. The two of them helped me with the purchase of that home.Even after the sale of my home, the buyers were always trying to take advantage of me and keep all the money in the escrow account. She fought for me and took on the role of a lawyer so I would not be taken advantage of.I cannot imagine having gone through all these transactions without her.
