She pays attention to the nuance of the contract, and the best person to work with especially during COVID and remotely. During negotiation, I felt at ease that Mi was taking care of the details.4.) Responsiveness- With busy realtors, it is easy to be set aside. Mi is responsive, and I felt prioritized 24/7.
