I found my family with a serious problem when the home we leased had been lost to a bank and the owner did not let us know until it was time to move. My home buying experience with Mr. De Coud was unbelievable. Others had been unable to help. Within days of contacting Mr. De Coud about a house I saw on Zillow we had an owner accepted offer.Mr. De Coud's comments were to start packing. Merlin did a great job getting us our home. Right now the market is hard for buyers that aren't paying cash. But Merlin got our offer excepted 72 hours after the house was listed. He even negotiated the selling price down from asking price, and in this market that's rare! Homes are bringing over asking price. Escrow closed within 30 days!
