She arranged three homes to tour back-to-back that we expressed interest in right away. Each house tour, she offered feedback and pointed out areas of concern and gave advice on what she thought we should consider. We met with her just before a week-long out-of-state conference training for her was scheduled to take place. She shared that she was going to do her best from afar and apologized. Neither of us could have expected that the Friday before she left we'd fall in love with a home and want to put in an offer right away. Despite her long days in training, she was able to help us walk through the buying process. She negotiated prices, asked questions on our behave, and gave sound advice the whole time.
