If you are reading this because you are considering working with Jeremy, I'll save you the time: Go with Jeremy Hensley. Period. I cannot stress enough how great Jeremy is at his job. My roommates and I tried for several months to find a home to rent on our own and struck out multiple times. It was very stressful. We decided to work with Jeremy, and he completely flipped the situation with for us immediately. Within hours of talking to him on our first call, he sent us multiple options and followed up that several hours later with the home that we would eventually move into. When we asked him to zero in on this specific house, Jeremy was on it immediately and his drive put us in position to secure it. Jeremy is a go-getter and goes above and beyond for his clients. He was constantly giving updates and was always reachable. Jeremy is super knowledgeable, attentive and professional. He's also funny and super personable! I met Jeremy through my daughter when he helped her find the perfect home for both she and her dogs. Jeremy did a great job and she eventually found a great place! When it was my turn to find a home, Jeremy not only showed me multiple listings but would go on his own and record the showings for me when I wasnt available. Once we found the perfect place, Jeremy followed up with all the little repairs that were pre-approved upon signing. He would show up to meet repair people when I couldnt and truly went the extra mile! Meredith and her entire team were amazing! She took care of all the stress of getting the house ready to show, positioning the best offer, and ultimately getting a sale price OVER ASKING! Meredith was actively involved at every step of the way down to the smallest details and I really felt like I was getting the attention the process needed. They arranged for the house to be painted, cleaned, staged, handyman work and more! All of her vendors were professional, quick, and very affordable. The house went on the market on schedule, was only on for about 10 days before we had multiple offers. After the offer was accepted they continued to deliver excellent service till the house was closed. I could not have asked for a better team and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
