Can't say enough about Meredith. To start, when we approached her, we were still a year out from being ready to buy. She was patient, knowledgeable, never pressured us, and was ready when we finally pulled the trigger. She has tremendous skills as a real estate agent, and above and beyond feeling like she was a fierce negotiator for us, of equal importance we felt like she knew exactly what we were looking for and which houses were worth pursuing. In the end, we put in a bid on one house and bought it! And we love it! Meredith knows her clients. A little over a year ago, she sold our daughter and son-in-law their first home, in Moraga. We were so impressed with her we hired her, and she was just as adept at presenting the right homes to a young family with kids as she was to some 60 year olds doing a retirement pivot. We whole-heartedly endorse her!

The short answer: absolutely YES. The long answer: My husband and I reached out to Meredith after seeing a house on whim, and she immediately jumped into action to help us get pre approved and put a competitive offer in within a few days. We didn't end up purchasing that home, and she then supported us for the next 4 months during our home search. During that time we really got to know her - Meredith is incredibly knowledgeable about the Lamorinda area, and beloved by all other agents (name dropping her at open houses gets you an amazing reaction!). She's kind, thoughtful, and just fun to be around. I met Meredith Peterson at an open house before my husband and I were officially ready to buy a home. From the moment I met her I knew I wanted to work with her. Meredith was unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and well connected. Our first conversation felt as though I was talking to a friend I had known for years. After discussions and touring some houses, Meredith knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for. She also thoughtfully exposed us to more areas and styles of homes that we originally werent considering. This was extremely helpful throughout the process in order for us to determine what we really wanted. Meredith scheduled house tours for us every weekend, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Going to open houses was a stressful experience for my husband and I. Once we started working with Meredith, she was our guide through every house, asking us what we liked, did not like, and pointing out ways we could transform certain spaces. We looked forward to spending time with her while touring homes, Meredith made it fun!! Meredith was supportive, patient, and honest about each home we considered. When my husband and I fell in love with our now home, Meredith got the deal done. She was unbelievably communicative and organized throughout the entire offer process, offering advice and suggestions when we felt overwhelmed or unsure.
