Mercedes (Mercy) Saavedra

Cuban-American Realtor(R), Mercy Saavedra, is the Founder and Broker of The Edge & Co. Realty. Born in Cuba, raised and studied in Miami, Mercy is proficient in English and Spanish. Her passion for helping others has been her personal motivation to build a successful career in Real Estate with over 25 years of experience. Concentrating her efforts in South Florida and having a wealth of experience in the mortgage and financing business, Mercy has worked in every aspect of the Real Estate industry. The seven years following the global economic recession, she managed one of the largest Fannie Mae accounts with a volume of about 160 properties. In 2014 and 2015, Mercy was recognized as one of the Top 250 Latino Agents in the country by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Prior to founding The Edge & Co. Realty, Mercy spent more than a decade at RE/MAX where she was awarded several awards including Distinguished Service Award, 100% and Executive awards consecutively. She was also featured on The Short List in the Miami Agent Magazine where she discussed the importance of providing stellar customer service. Mercy is also a member of the Master Brokers Forum of Miami-Dade, National Association of Realtors(R) (NAR), and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). The center of Mercy's life has always been her daughters, and while now they are older, she feels fortunate to share her love and passion for Real Estate with her two daughters, Michelle and Nicole, while becoming South Florida's Triple Powerhouse. Mercy's passion lies in assisting and educating her clients throughout the buying and selling process.
