It wasn't until we were recommend Mercede that we truly felt that we were being heard and our needs were being met. Mercede is both extremely responsive and kind. She walked us through every step of the process and answered any questions we had. This was extremely helpful because we were first time buyers and had absolutely no idea what we were doing and where to start. One great thing about or experience with her is that on our very first phone call with her she took notes about our price range and what we wanted in the house. By the time we met with her she had packets of potential houses and neighborhoods. She did this without even meeting us in person yet. This definitely says something about her work ethic and how she takes all her clients seriously.

Some days we dragged her far and wide across the area; for example, the day we found the home we ended up in we looked at about 8 homes spread all the way from Floresville to Helotes and more.She was very responsive to our desired pivots in strategy as we learned more about the area and what we liked.She's also a lot of fun to see places with; we genuinely enjoyed our time seeing homes with her.Most importantly though, she helped us strategically craft our offers, which in the end netted us the home we wanted most (in this crazy market?!) for UNDER asking!
