ZillowVERIFIEDThis man here is a God sent. I worked with 2 other realtors before I came across Melvin and if I wouldnt have come across him I probably would have stopped my search for awhile. As this is, or I guess I should say was, my first home purchase I knew it came with stress but my first 2 realtors didnt make me feel as if my concerns or wants for my first home were important. I had done extensive planning prior to starting the process and had my goals/wants laid out. Upon connecting with Melvin he responded immediately and was all listening ears for what I wanted then asked if I was ready to start looking then, within 20 minutes he called me back with a list of properties I had sent him he had it all mapped out so we could go tour them. After my offer went in he didnt slow down, his communication between me the lender, title company, ect stayed consistent and any questions I had he had the answer to and if he didnt he gave me the resources to get the answer I needed or got it for me.
