Melody is a very knowledgeable and approachable agent who has an approach to meet your needs whether you are looking casually or aggressively. She will do what you need, in order to get your home sold/bought while also providing realistic feedback to help you through the process. We highly recommend her after working with her for over a year. Once ready we sold our home in days, put multiple offers in after seeing multiple homes many times, often on very short (same day) notice. She helped us through financing and always put our needs and requests first. She is a wonderful person inside and out. I can't imagine working with anyone else!

Melody was an absolute blessing! I am a medically retired combat vet. She was very knowledgeable of VA home loans, the entire process of purchasing my home, she seemed to know more about the lending process than my actual loan officer, she walked me through the entire maze of obstacles keeping me calm and uplifted the entire time. She made me feel as if I was her only client. I never felt like a number with her. She promptly returned my calls, and text messages, answered every single dumb question I had. There were multiple times when she blocked an entire day for just me! To help me find the right home! I'm so grateful to her. Nothing I ever asked of her was too much.
