As a first time home buyer, we couldn't have been luckier to have Jessica on our side. After a horrible first experience with another realtor and a deal that fell through, I was going to do things differently the second time around. I got referrals and interviewed a few realtors. Jessica nailed my "interview". She was knowledgeable, easy-going, straightforward, and patient. I had little confidence that we were going to find something in this extremely crazy housing market within our budget, but Jessica said it could be done. After a couple of months of searching listings, I found one that piqued my interest. Jessica was right on my text and we were meeting within the hour to tour the place. She submitted a strategic offer by 8:00 PM that night and they accepted our offer the next day. That was only the first of her many talents. Our property was sold"as-is" but Jessica worked her magic again to get us back more in closing costs to make much needed repairs from the inspection. Heidi and her team at Portland Real Estate Consulting were so helpful and supportive of my first home buying experience, they were patient and understanding of all my concerns and moments of let-down as we viewed 30+ homes and put in offers on 8 of those, which is normal for Portland's highly competitive housing market.
