Melissa is the best Real Estate Expert I have ever had the privilege to meet and work with. Efficient, fast, knowlegeable, incredibly smart, and knows what is coming before you do. She got my mother much, MUCH more for her home then she ever expected! Melissa was patient with us. I knew Mom was getting... older... and would have to move at some point so I researched fora real estate expert for months! I needed someone who could tell us what was worth redoing, what was valued in San Diego, logical to update, and most importantly, what was not. Melissa had the best reviews from other agents and clientsfin so I finally called her for a chat. She came to the house, talked with Mom who didn't think she would ever move, and gave us advise on what we could do and who to use to update and remodel mom's home. It was clear Mom was not ready to sell but Melissa really didn't care! Throughout COVID Melissa would occasionally check on her and give us contractor contacts and quiet, thoughtful advice. When Mom was Finally ready to move, the house still had a few things to finish but despite us being overseas, she calmly finished the remodel, then dealt with a mover I insisted on but turned out to be horrible and took weeks to pack! Melissa patiently waited until I asked her for help, then again just simply and quietly got us packed, moved, and helped us with a realtor! All while we were overseas and unreachable for the most part! She found us notaries and researched how to both sell and buy homes while not in the country. Harder than it sounds by a long shot. I think I have seen Melissa - maybe twice in person - but consider her the template that not just Realtors should copy but as one of the permantent people in my life. She will get Christmas Cards!
