I have been in real estate for the last 35 years, mostly as an appraiser. I have never worked with a real estate agent that I admired and thought was the best I've ever worked with. I can't say enough superlatives that would really explain all her great attributes. Her knowledge of construction and the market is at the highest level of expertise. Her complete honesty and compassion is so apparent and she loves what she does and you know you don't have to worry about anything about the process with her. She helped my daughter navigate her first house and my husband and I wanted to find a house close to my daughter that we could move to in a year. We saw videos, face timed and texted at all hours. I'm embarrassed how responsive Melissa was to all my questions and concerns, even when she was on vacation or on a personal, well deserved night out. I wish they could clone her and send her to Oregon.

Katy addressed all our concern while we the buyers are someones non-local and had no prior experience of how to take care of a house in snowy weather. I feel like we hit the agent jackpot with Melissa. I know she had other clients she was tending to, but she was always fully present with us and made us feel really important to her.
