I would highly recommend Melissa for anyone looking to buy or sell. She has great local market knowledge and is incredibly responsive and driven. I sent her an email on Memorial Day inquiring about a property. She responded immediately and had numerous showings set up for me within days and we wrote on an offer on one right away. That was the easy part. The rest of the transaction after the accepted offer was the painful part due to lack of response from the seller's agent, a green estate attorney being involved, a failed septic system that needed to be replaced prior to closing, and an incredibly difficult seller. I never would've gotten through it without Melissa. She handled it all professionally and was on top of every wrench that was thrown at us. She is incredibly resourceful and will climb mountains to get you answers and stay focused on the end goal.
