Melissa Pittman

Being born and raised in College Station and having lived here my entire life is only one of the many characteristics that sets me apart from the rest. I have a long history of real estate in Bryan, College Station in my blood, starting five generations back with my great, great-grandmother in the 1800's. I grew up in the real estate business with my grandfather who owned a very successful real estate franchise locally and my parents who were both local Realtors in the Bryan, College Station area for many years. So I guess you could say, I started learning the Bryan, College Station real estate market, basically from birth. When I was young I would attend showings with my dad and be at the office learning the ropes. Because of my connections to this area, community involvement is paramount to me. I support Scotty's House, Shelter for the Homeless International Project (SHIP), which I have had the opportunity to serve with overseas on mission trips, and The Bridge Ministries. With my family dating back to the 1800's in Brazos County, it should come as no surprise that not only am I a fifth generation Realtor, I am also a fifth generation Aggie, having graduated in 2019 with a degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development and a minor in Entrepreneurship. My university studies have taught me how to work best with people of all backgrounds, needs, and experiences. Being in college also taught me great skills about time management and organization which have helped me immensely in my real estate career.
