4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a Condo to a past clients father. It went fantastically because she is a great client & often refers clients to me that are very easy and pleasant to work with!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I used to watch real estate shows back when I was only 10 or 11 years old and they only had these weird local PBS shows, following a realtor around. I would get up extra early, before school to watch it. I have loved everything about homes for as long as I can remember. Now to get to make a living at it, while also helping fulfill peoples ultimate goal of owning a home, it's a dream come true!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have had extensive customer service, sales and marketing service training. I have also worked closely now with all levels of homebuying and selling. From Military families that are out of the state, to a 66 year old grandmother who is buying her first house, to my neighbor that needs to sell her home fast, and another military family ready to buy their $800,000 "Forever Home"!
