She staged the house, made a marketing video, had professional photos - the works. She provided great guidance and information. She helped me with contractors for some minor repairs and went above my expectations sourcing some of the materials herself. When the trash company didn't pick up some items she had it handled! I feel so fortunate I had her as my realtor. I wish I could use her for my move. I would definitely hire Melissa as my realtor again and I know if you choose her you'll be more than happy.
