This is the last review you will have to read. Melissa hands down is the realtor that you want working for you. How do I know? I myself am I realtor, and there is no one else I would want to work with in Florida. I had a referral for a small condo that I needed to be listed and sold on an extremely tight timeframe. Melissa jumped thru hoops, made slam dunks, swam with the sharks,... you name it- she handled it. Lol I am extremely picky when it comes to other realtors, well frankly because I am one. There are A LOT of lazy and not knowledgeable agents out there. Do not waste your time and just use Melissa. She works damn hard and will put your best interests first, always.
