Melissa and her associate Candice worked with us to prep our home for sale, adapted to move at a pace that was comfortable for us (slower when we needed, and faster when we changed our minds!), provided expert knowledge to ensure we weren't over-preparing our home for sale, and then using a pricing strategy that showed awareness of the changes in the market and still ensured we got the sale price we wanted, length of escrow that made sense for us, and even additional rent-free time in the home to coordinate moving to our next place.

Melissa and her assistant Candice provided great support throughout the condo-buying process; we were selected amongst a handful of other offers that had been made. As a first time buyer, buying in the current market can be nerve-racking. Melissa and Candice handled all of the logistics and questions and made the process straightforward and smooth. My sale was very simple and easy. No real issues to put an agent to the test. What I did like was that she showed me the houses I wanted to see and scheduled them viewings quickly. I had issues with other agents wanting to curate the process and show me what they wanted to show me and not showing me a house I specifically requested. she was also quick at responding to questions.

Buying and finding a home during this current market was not an easy task. However, Melissa made everything easier. Melissa was very professional as well as personal, my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Melissa is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. Anytime there was a house I wanted to see, Melissa moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped me obtain my first home, she also worked hard to make sure things like repairs were fixed. Melissa and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you wont regret it!
