By far the best realtor we have ever used. My wife and I came to St Simons Island to see if this was an ideal place to retire. In short, yes. We met with Melissa and she answered all of our questions. She showed us a series of properties and alternatives, and we settled on a land lot in about a week. Every email and phone call was answered in minutes, yes minutes, if not immediately. The best analogy I can give is to imagine a set of rough cut diamonds slayed out in front of you. All are valuable and good. One in particular catches your eye. It is a hand cut and polished diamond made by a master craftsman. That diamond is Melissa. Thank you so much for all you have done for the both of us.
