She set up my showing then the morning before the viewing she began texting asking numerous personal questions and ultimately refused to show the property until we had a signed contract with her. All serious buyers should be able to view a home without the unnecessary hassle. Additional, this important information should always be disclosed during the initial conversation, not hours prior to the showing.
