Mr. Selzer was outstanding and getting me into houses at a moments notice to see them. He was an absolute joy to work with back then that when I decided to sell the property, I had to call him back. Mr. Selzer is responsive, accessible, helpful and most of all honest about the property even if it means spending more money.
