ZillowVERIFIEDI hired Mr. Selzer when I was looking to purchase a property in Cathedral City. He was recommended by my partner at the time and since I did not know the area, I gave him a shot. Mr. Selzer was outstanding and getting me into houses at a moments notice to see them. He was an absolute joy to work with back then that when I decided to sell the property, I had to call him back. Mr. Selzer is responsive, accessible, helpful and most of all honest about the property even if it means spending more money. He took the lead since I live in Northern California and did as much as he could to get me top dollar for my property. To say i am great full he was my realtor doesnt come close to what I really want to say. I will tell you that I will hire him again when I purchase my next property I'm the very near future.

There were plenty of times during our escrow that we thought everything was going to fall apart but Rosie made sure that never happened. She definitely got it done and we couldn't be happier.
