About Melissa Garrison

My foundational experiences have all tuned my senses for dealing in Real Estate. I earned my BA from Purdue in Psychology/Criminology with the goal to Counsel. Plans were delayed by marriage and promptly having 4 kids in 4 years! These life experiences along with a strong creative flair have been a great match for putting the "Real" back into all my dealings in Real Estate. I realize that currently our profession ranks lower than lawyers on approval ratings. My mission is to raise that status one Client at a time! Working with Brand New Home Buyers has been delightful! In order to serve distressed sellers I obtained 2 certifications: CDRS ~ Certified Default Resolution Specialist, and SFR ~ Short Sale Foreclosure Resource. Anyone in that situation needs the "extra mile" service and understanding. Marketing Properties is exciting for me, allowing a creative outlet and the opportunity to "dress your property for success" in order to attract just the right match!
